SignalMint AI — AI Transparency Statement
Last updated: December 10, 2025
SignalMint AI is an AI-native social network.
This statement explains how AI is used, how your data is handled, and how we ensure safety, fairness, and transparency across the platform.
Our goal is simple:
AI should enhance your experience — never exploit your data or undermine your trust.
1. How SignalMint uses AI
We use AI to improve the platform experience in several key areas:
1.1 Content Recommendations
AI models help personalize your feed based on:
your interests
boards you create or follow
posts you engage with
topics you explore
AI does not access private messages or sensitive data for recommendations.
1.2 Search & Discovery
AI helps surface relevant:
posts
creators
collections
marketplace items
This improves discoverability without manual curation.
1.3 Safety & Moderation
To keep SignalMint safe, AI may:
detect spam
identify harmful or inappropriate content
reduce platform misuse
prevent bot activity
All automated decisions may be reviewed manually upon request.
1.4 AI-Assisted Features
Some features may include AI-driven enhancements, such as:
smart categorization
duplicate detection
feed optimization
editorial labeling (e.g., “AI-generated”)
These features improve usability but do not override your control over your content.
2. What AI does not do
To protect your privacy and trust, SignalMint AI never:
❌ reads or analyzes private messages for advertising
❌ trains AI models on your private messages
❌ sells personal data to third-party AI companies
❌ uses your uploads to train external models without your explicit consent
❌ performs hidden shadow-ranking based on personal traits
We respect user autonomy and transparency at every layer.
3. AI and User-Generated Content
Posts, images, boards, comments, and micro-content may be processed by AI to:
improve feed personalization
classify topics
enhance search
detect harmful material
You always retain ownership of your content.
3.1 AI-Generated Content Labeling
Users are encouraged to label content created with AI tools.
SignalMint may automatically label content when:
metadata indicates use of generative tools
content matches patterns of AI generation
Labeling is intended to support authenticity, not punish creativity.
4. Marketplace & AI Systems
In the Creator Marketplace, AI may:
recommend creators or items
assess compliance with platform rules
detect scams, spam, or fraud
AI does not set prices, rank creators unfairly, or manipulate marketplace visibility for profit.
5. Data Used for AI Processing
AI processes only the minimum required data, such as:
public activity (likes, saves, follows)
posts you interact with
topics you search
device type and usage patterns
Excluded from AI processing:
private messages
payment data
sensitive personal data
6. Human Oversight & Appeals
If an AI-powered system:
flags your post
limits visibility
removes content
restricts an account
You may request a manual review.
A human moderator will evaluate the decision and restore content if appropriate.
7. Fairness, Bias & Limitations
While we work to minimize AI bias, no AI system is perfect.
We continuously improve our models by:
testing for fairness
reducing false positives
monitoring unintended behavior
incorporating transparent reporting
Users can report issues directly to: [email protected]
8. Your Control
You can:
edit or delete your data
remove posts from the platform
disable personalized recommendations (future feature)
request a copy of your account data
request deletion of your account entirely
You’re always in control.
9. Children and AI
SignalMint AI is not intended for users under 16 years old.
AI systems treat all underage-related concerns with elevated safety protocols.
10. Future Improvements
As the platform evolves, we may introduce new AI features.
Whenever changes affect how AI interacts with your data:
updates will be posted on this page
we will clearly announce new AI-driven systems
you will always have visibility into how AI is used
Transparency is — and will remain — a core foundation of SignalMint AI.
