This Refund & Return Policy explains how purchases, subscriptions, and creator marketplace transactions are handled on SignalMint AI.
SignalMint AI provides instant access to digital goods, AI-powered features, creator content, and premium tools. Because these items are delivered digitally, refunds are limited.


1. Overview

Most purchases on SignalMint AI are digital and become accessible immediately after payment.
For this reason, refunds are generally not available, except in specific cases described below.

This policy applies to:

  • Digital downloads

  • AI-powered actions and micro-access tools

  • Premium features and subscriptions

  • Creator Marketplace items

  • In-app credits or tokens (if introduced later)


2. Digital Goods — Non-Refundable

The following items cannot be refunded once delivered or activated:

  • Digital content (micro-guides, prompts, templates, assets, downloads)

  • AI actions, micro-access features, and mini-apps

  • Activated subscriptions or premium memberships

  • Internal credits or tokens

Reason: Digital products cannot be “returned,” and AI actions cannot be undone once executed.


3. When a Refund Is Possible

Refunds may be approved in the following situations:

Technical delivery error

Payment was processed, but the purchased item did not unlock or could not be accessed.

Duplicate payment

You were accidentally charged twice for the same purchase.

Platform malfunction

A system failure or AI error prevented the purchased feature from functioning.

Unauthorized or fraudulent transaction

You must provide valid evidence (bank notice, security report, etc.).

Each request is reviewed individually within 3–7 business days.


4. Purchases From Creators (Creator Marketplace)

When you purchase content from independent creators on SignalMint:

  • Creators may set their own delivery, pricing, and support policies

  • SignalMint operates as a platform, not the direct seller

  • Refunds are issued only for technical problems or violations of platform rules

  • If a creator fails to deliver their product or acts in bad faith, SignalMint may refund the purchase using their earned balance

SignalMint may intervene if:

  • A creator refuses to deliver purchased content

  • A product violates our rules

  • A creator repeatedly engages in harmful behavior


5. Subscriptions

For subscription-based features, the following rules apply:

  • Activated subscriptions are non-refundable

  • You may cancel auto-renewal at any time

  • You retain access until the end of the paid period

  • If a subscription shows 0 usage (no activity at all), a partial refund may be considered at our discretion


6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact:

  2. Transaction ID or payment receipt

  3. Reason for the request

  4. Screenshot or evidence (if applicable)

You will receive a response within 24–72 hours.


7. Fraud, Disputes, and Account Restrictions

To protect creators and honest users, SignalMint may restrict or ban accounts involved in:

  • Filing unjustified or abusive chargebacks

  • Submitting false claims

  • Attempting to obtain digital products without paying

  • Repeated dispute attempts

If fraudulent behavior is confirmed:

  • The account may be locked

  • Purchased content may be removed

  • All active subscriptions may be canceled

  • Repeat disputes may result in a permanent ban
